As a women’s fitness leader and Canada’s Nike Master Trainer, Eva is committed to helping to empower women to achieve their best. We chatted with Eva about her favourite workout, and which vegetable is her spirit animal (hint: it’s got lots of layers).
When are you your most genuine self?
Around those I love, my family and friends.
What’s your go-to workout?
I love classes, always work 1:1 with a trainer, and when I travel the Nike+ Training Club App.
Do you take your protein in a smoothie or just mixed with water?
Smoothie. Best investment was my Vitamix, which made me a certified smoothie expert 😉
What’s your mantra (or favourite quote)?

Which vegetable is your spirit animal?
An onion, I’ve got a lot of layers. And I add flavor to the mix.
