Berry Chia Smoothie Bowl

Chia Mixture:

  • 1 Cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Dream original unsweetened coconut milk or alternative non-dairy milk
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Smoothie Mixture:

  • 1 Cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1/2 Cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 Cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1-2 Scoops fermented Greek yogurt proteins+, Plain & Unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Dream original unsweetened coconut milk or alternative non-dairy milk

Toppings:

  • Granola
  • Fresh berries
  • Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • Chia seeds

 

  1. For the chia mixture, place ingredients in a bowl. Mix and set aside for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. For the smoothie mixture, place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Place chia mixture into one side of the bowl and then add the smoothie mixture to the other side of the bowl.
  4. Add toppings, if desired.
