Berry Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup blackberries
  • 1 Cup strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 Cup pineapple, frozen
  • 1 Scoop greens+
  • 1 Cup milk or almond milk


Topping

  • 1/2 Tsp. chia seeds
  • Berries


Instructions

  1. Place smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour in glass and sprinkle on chia seeds. Embellish with berries.
