Cauliflower Curry Dip

A simple dip that your veggies and breadsticks will love… Oh, and you too, of course!

  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • ¼ cup milk substitute (soy, almond or rice milk)
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ¼ tsp finely chopped onion
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cumin powder
  • dashes of ginger and cayenne
  • ¼ tsp turmeric

Steam cauliflower for 12 minutes or until tender. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blend until smooth. Serve warm or chilled with raw or steamed vegetables. Keeps 2-3 days refrigerated. Do not freeze
