Hangover Relief Smoothie (Blueberry Banana Pineapple)

After a night of drinking, smoothies are a great choice for rehydrating and detoxifying the body and soothing a pounding headache. Almonds are great for alleviating nausea, berries are great for detoxing, pineapple helps with digestion and bananas are great for rebalancing electrolytes.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1/4 c frozen peaches
  • 3/4 c frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 c frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop greens+
  • 1/2  tbsp. tahini

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
