- 2 Cups water
- 2 Peppercorns
- 3 Cloves, whole
- 1/8 Tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 Tsp. cardamom, ground
- 1/4 Tsp. ginger, ground
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 Black tea bags
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ Cup Coconut Dream original unsweetened coconut milk or alternative non-dairy milk
- 1-2 Scoops fermented whole body NUTRITION with greens+, vanilla chai flavour
- Combine water, peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon stick in a saucepan.
- Boil for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, place tea bags in water and steep for 5 minutes.
- Stir in honey, vanilla and fermented whole body NUTRITION with greens+.
- Heat milk in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds and stir into the chai tea.
