Nourishing Spiced Chai Tea Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups water
  • 2 Peppercorns
  • 3 Cloves, whole
  • 1/8 Tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 Tsp. cardamom, ground
  • 1/4 Tsp. ginger, ground
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 Black tea bags
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ Cup Coconut Dream original unsweetened coconut milk or alternative non-dairy milk
  • 1-2 Scoops fermented whole body NUTRITION with greens+, vanilla chai flavour

 

 Directions:

  1. Combine water, peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon stick in a saucepan.
  2. Boil for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, place tea bags in water and steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in honey, vanilla and fermented whole body NUTRITION with greens+.
  4. Heat milk in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds and stir into the chai tea.
