Peanut Buttercup Smoothie

Serves 1-2

1 ½ cup almond milk

½ avocado

1 frozen banana (note if banana is not frozen add ice to make it cold!)

1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

1-2 medjool dates, pitted

1 scoops vegan proteins+ chocolate OR 2 scoops whey proteins+

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
