We at Genuine Health are voluntarily recalling specific lots of our fermented vegan proteins+ and fermented Greek yogurt proteins+ bars. No consumer incident has taken place, however there is a potential that one ingredient in the affected bars could possibly have been contaminated with some small metal pieces. Again, there have been no consumer incidents with our bars but as a precaution we are voluntarily recalling them. The safety of our consumers and the quality of our product of are of the utmost importance and as such please see the below list of product lots that were affected.

While the potential pieces of metal are small, use of or consumption of any of the above may pose a physical risk.
If you have purchased any of the above bars please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 1-877-500-7888 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST and we will arrange for the product to be picked up and an exchange issued.

We have contacted all affected retailers to whom we sell directly – if you purchased bars from one of these retailers, they will reach out to you directly. Less than 8% of the retail locations that we sell to have been affected.
