Repairing Tissue Smoothie (Pineapple Mandarin)

Serves 1-2

This smoothie is the perfect for injury recovery and repairing sore muscles after a hard workout. Plus it tastes just like a Creamsicle, so you will actually look forward to drinking it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 c water
  • 1 c frozen pineapple
  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 c fermented vegan proteins+ powder (vanilla flavour)
  • 1 c  spinach
  • 1 c kale
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
