Smoothies As Easy As 1, 2, 3 !

No matter how busy life gets, Kim D’eon has the ultimate smoothie recipes to help you stay on track. These recipes are easy and FULL of nutrient-dense goodness that will fuel your body with every sip!

 

 

 

Red Raspberry Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana (fresh or frozen) chopped
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (store-bought in a carton, or homemade)
  • 1 medjool date (pitted)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp fermented vegan proteins+

Blend until smoothie. Makes 2 servings

 

 

 

 Greens Apple Smoothie

  • 1 green apple (cored and chopped)
  • 1 lime (peeled and quartered)
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen chopped)
  • 1 tbsp nut or seed butter of choice (I used pumpkin seed butter)
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 scoop vegan greens+ O

Blend until smoothie, makes 2 servings

 

 

 

Basic Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen chopped)
  • 1 cup water or non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbps hemp seeds
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • 1 scoop vegan greens+ O

Blend until smoothie.
