Soul-Soothing Oat Bowl

This incredible combination of oats, vegan protein powder, chia, goji berries, dates, cinnamon, pecans, a touch of real maple syrup and almond milk is the perfect balance to satisfy you, keep your blood sugar balanced and start your day off right!

Ingredients

1/3 cup Organic Quick Oats

½ scoop Vegan proteins+ vanilla powder

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp goji berries

2 dates finely chopped

2 tbsp raw pecans, halved

¼ tsp cinnamon

Enough real organic maple syrup & unsweetened almond milk to drizzle over top

Directions

Bring ¾ cup water and a pinch of salt to boil.
Stir in oats and return to a boil
Reduce heat to low and let simmer, uncovered for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to a small bowl.
Mix your protein powder into the oats.
Add your chia seeds, goji berries, dates, pecans and cinnamon. Then drizzle your maple syrup and almond milk over top, sit back and enjoy!
