Hemp Oat Crumble
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 Tbsp Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
Place all ingredients in a spice grinder and pulse a few times until crumbly.
Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie
- 1 ½ cup non-dairy milk
- ½ cup frozen rhubarb
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp raw honey (or to sweetness preference)
- 1 scoop fermented Vegan proteins+ vanilla
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until creamy. Top with hemp oat crumble.
