No cheese harmed in the making of these nachos! Top your favourite corn chips with our protein packed vegan cheese, and all the fixings you can handle.
- ¾ cup cashews, soaked overnight and drained
- ¾ cup filtered water (more if you like a like your “cheese” to be thinner)
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp tamari
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup fermented vegan proteins+ unflavoured
- Tabasco, or hot sauce of choice to taste
- Place all ingredients in a blend. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with corn chips, black beans, salsa, guacamole or favourite nacho toppings
