Overview

Genuine Health has a current opening for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator for Genuine Health’s strategic accounts. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Experience,the successful applicant will be responsible for managing the complete cycle of order fulfillment for Genuine Health’s food/drug/mass accounts, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. The Order Fulfillment Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring that the order fulfillment interaction as part of the customer journey is exceptional for our largest accounts, through frequent communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage the complete cycle of order processing for Genuine Health’s food/drug/mass accounts in a timely and efficient manner
•Effectively communicate with customers, Key Account Managers, and Director of Sales to provide status updates on orders and make recommendations to provide the best experience to the customer as well as the best outcome for Genuine Health
•Drive automation within the food/drug/mass ordering process through working with customers and internal stakeholders
•Effectively communicate with the Operations department to receive forecast and inventory information that directly impacts orders, and apply learnings to help optimize the ordering patterns
•Effectively interact with warehouse & carriers to communicate instructions, PO detail, and any other relevant status updates or information
•Evaluate existing ordering processes for food/drug/mass accounts and identify opportunities to optimize, through working with stakeholders and subject matter experts
•Complete timely and accurate reports reflecting relevant data and metrics and disseminate to appropriate audiences
•Complete and manage returns, claims and credits for food/drug/mass accounts as required
•Complete SOPs for any and all workflows, while continuously working on process improvement and analyzing and adjusting existing procedures through a customer experience lens
Skills and Qualifications
•Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
•Strong attention to detail-this is imperative to success in this role!
•Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing deadlines
•Ability and past success working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing
•A team player who is passionate about customer experience•An excellent problem-solver with a drive to optimize processes
•An excellent knowledge of MS Office programs such as Excel, Outlook, etc
•A self-starter; you don’t wait for direction
•Proficiency with SAP preferred, with prior experience running SQL reports
•Prior experience with GS1 is appreciated
•Working knowledge of EDI a bonus!
