According to kidshealth.org, the recommended daily fibre intake for kids is:

Some research shows that cooking can lead to losses of phytochemicals. So to ensure that fermented organic gut superfoods+ is as nourishing as it can be, we recommend that you avoid heating it to a boil, or cooking over high heat. Instead, we recommend that you shake up your fermented organic gut superfoods+ with water, blend it into a smoothie, and if you choose to heat it, add warm liquid to it.
