Berry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

Smoothie Bowl

  • ½ Cup coconut milk
  • 1 Cup coconut water
  • 1 Scoop fermented vegan proteins+, coconut flavour
  • 2 Cups berries, frozen
  • 2 Bananas, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

Toppings (optional)

  • Dragonfruit, balled or cut into cubes
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Kiwi, sliced
  • Pomegranate seeds

Directions:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and serve with a fresh fruit topping.
