Neapolitan Protein Smoothie

Not only is the Neapolitan protein smoothie pretty to look at, it also tastes amazing! Everyone that knows me, knows that I am a protein smoothie nut. I usually add some supplements to my smoothie because I find that it helps to give me all the nutrients that I need, keeps me nourished and alert with my busy schedule and it helps to keep my hunger at bay which prevents me from unnecessary snacking. Those are all pretty important things!

Ingredients:

Strawberry Layer

  • 1 Cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
  • ½ Scoop fermented vegan proteins+, Vanilla flavour

Vanilla Layer

  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
  • ½ Scoop fermented vegan proteins+

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
  • ½ Scoop fermented vegan proteins+, Chocolate flavour

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients for the strawberry layer and pour into glasses. Put in freezer.
  2. Blend ingredients for the chocolate layer and pour slowly into the glasses on top of the strawberry layer. Put in freezer.
  3. Blend ingredients for the vanilla layer and pour slowly into the glasses on top of the chocolate layer.

Note: Apply sprinkles to the edge of your glass for a fun accent. Smoothies can be fun, too!
